On one occasion I called one minute before they were about to close not noticing what time it was before I called. I could not get through to them on the phone not realizing it was right around closing time. I was fine with just calling them the next day but then I got a call back from them after they had already closed and, Mrs. Katy, stayed on the phone with me and gave me the Quote despite it was after their closing time.
